Start of work at the Irkutsk Polymer Plant

Since April 2022, PN StroyInnovatsiya, in cooperation with LLC "INK," has started work on a new project – the Irkutsk Polymer Plant. The main area of activity is the preparation, signing, and archiving of as-built documentation for the process technology section (TX).

The Irkutsk Polymer Plant (IPP) is the largest project of LLC "INK" and the first polymer production plant from ethane in Eastern Siberia. IPP is part of a gas chemical cluster, which includes the creation of a system of enterprises for gas extraction, processing, transportation, and conversion into a high value-added product. The production capacity is 650 thousand tons of granulated polyethylene per year.

The number of workers at the peak of construction will reach 7,000 people. The financing, which includes the construction of a residential complex for 3,000 people to accommodate the families of the plant workers, amounts to approximately 300 billion rubles.

Its products will be in demand in both domestic and foreign markets, and will be used in a wide variety of fields: medicine, aircraft and automotive industry, industry, construction, agriculture.
