I joined PN StroyInnovatsiya in January 2021 as a PTO engineer. At that time, our company was going through difficult times due to COVID-19 restrictions, but despite this, we overcame all hardships together. I am still working here to this day. Currently, I serve as the site supervisor at the Prombaza Nyuchakan project (Kovyktinskoye gas condensate field, Irkutsk region). The project is challenging, but with the joint efforts of our colleagues, we manage all difficulties. What I like most about my job is that alongside fulfilling my official duties, I have the opportunity to visit various corners of our vast country and learn a lot of new things. In less than three years with the company, I have worked at six sites: Amur Gas Processing Plant, Metafrax Chemicals, UKPG-2 Kovyktinskoye GCM, Chainda, Irkutsk Polymer Plant (Ust-Kut city), and Prombaza Nyuchakan (Kovyktinskoye GCM).

I have been working at PN StroyInnovatsiya since June 2022. Joining the company was a new chapter in my career. The desire for career growth and acquiring new knowledge in the engineering field motivated me to become part of the company. Engineer is the position with which I started my journey here. Currently, I am a Category 1 Engineer and Head of the Incoming Inspection Group. During my time here, I can say that the work processes are well-organized and run smoothly, and the team’s cohesion gives confidence in the company’s bright future. A great advantage is that we became participants in the large-scale construction project of the Irkutsk Polymer Plant, located in the city of Ust-Kut. This is my home, my family, and my desire to work at full capacity only grows to achieve set goals and career advancement.

I joined the company in January 2020 as a PTO engineer by invitation of the management — I personally knew Denis Aleksandrovich Ponosov (General Director of PN StroyInnovatsiya). We worked together for about two years. Denis Aleksandrovich proved himself to be a competent, sensible leader and a decent person who can lead a team. About a year ago, I was promoted to the position of Chief Expert. At the KS-1 "Saldykelskaya" site (Yakutia), I currently serve as the site manager. I am responsible for preparing the production and executive documentation related to technology and general construction together with my colleagues. This requires establishing direct contact with the contractor performing the construction and installation works (representatives of PTO, construction site), construction supervision of the general contractor and client, as well as with the author's supervision. Additionally, I handle ongoing internal issues. I enjoy going home with a sense of accomplishment, repeatedly convincing myself and others that everything is possible!

I joined the company in 2022. Before that, I worked as the head of the Planning and Technical Department (PTD) in the settlement of Sabetta on the Yamal Peninsula, but I had to leave due to health issues. At PN StroyInnovatsiya, I agreed to work as a regular PTD engineer in the city of Novy Urengoy. At that time, I needed a break from endless conference calls, meetings, and schedules. Having extensive experience in PTD, I had no trouble handling the tasks assigned to me, and for the first time, work felt like a rest. Soon, management offered me to lead a separate division in Ust-Kut. By then, I had regained my strength and was determined to continue my work in the new role. Over two years, the number of engineers in my division grew more than 14 times — from 5 to 71 people! Of course, this was not without the help of my site supervisors and group leaders, who assisted me in organizing the division’s structure and managing such a large team. In my work, I enjoy solving tasks that require unconventional thinking — when logic and knowledge tell you exactly what needs to be done, and the solution lies on the surface, requiring simple communication with a person. I am always result-oriented, but not at any cost. I carefully weigh each decision and consult with company management when in doubt, but I always offer my own solutions. It is important for me to have like-minded colleagues and a friendly team that can support each other in difficult moments. I am proud of the team that works with me now!
